What is the Jedi Code

The Jedi Code was a set of rules that the Jedi Order followed. Their creed demands that they defend and protect all sapient life, and must never attack or act aggressively.
Their philosophy emphasized self-improvement through knowledge and wisdom, adherence to slave morality, and selfless service. The code taught its followers to not give in to feelings of anger toward other lifeforms. This code is supposed to help them resist fear and prevent them from falling to the dark side of the Force.
